5th grade enjoyed bowling today as the celebrated positive behavior for the 3rd nine weeks!










Bowling was a perfect way to celebrate the positive behavior of our 3rd and 4th Grade students! Thank you to all of our families who supported our trip!

Attention - 5th grade boys interested in lacrosse!

March is "Arts in the Schools" Month. Ms. Karras is running an after school art class for 4th and 5th grade. And 5th graders learned screen printing in class.





March is National Nutrition month. We had some random winners of prizes at lunch today.






Thank you PTA for providing a mini grant to bring Carnegie Science on the Road to our first graders! "Build it, Break it" was a hit!









4th and 5th grade book club went to the dogs! Literally! Ms. Hohman is the clubs's facilitator and she shared how excited the students were to travel to the Ohio County Animal Shelter to read with their new furry friends!










Help us celebrate our amazing WPHS Girls Basketball team and wish them luck in tomorrow's semi-final game in Charleston. Wear your PARK PRIDE on Thursday!

At the end of each nine weeks, we like to celebrate our students who have met the expectation for behavior - showing STAR Cardinal qualities. Our 3rd Nine Weeks' trip is bowling. If you can help sponsor our trip, we surely appreciate your contribution!

What an amazing Saturday morning at Steenrod! We had close to 100 students who were led by parents, teachers and community members in a wide variety of learning and creative activities!










If you signed up for Saturday Scholars, we'll see you soon! Drop off begins at 8:45 am!

We have the Kindest Cardinal Families! Your donations of books and non-perishable foods have been such a blessing! Books were donated to The Soup Kitchen and Laughlin Chapel. Food was delivered today to one local blessing box and C3 church to stock another blessing g box.
