Tony M Music and Arts Foundation supports achievement, creativity, and growth through the arts by engaging students, families, and members of the community through programs, performances, and hosted events. Immersing children in the arts at home, through lessons at school and in the community, provides undeniable benefits that will help them throughout their lives. We are happy to partner with TMMAF to bring enrichment activities to our students! https://www.wevideo.com/view/3305295428

The West Virginia Leaders of Numeracy Educator Network includes Mrs. Daugherty and Mrs. Wade. Both teachers signed up for this initiative with the goal of learning to enhance their mathematical content knowledge and pedagogy. They participate in virtual meetings, attend trainings on select Saturdays, build units of instruction, and will prepare and lead professional learning sessions in Ohio County. This past week, they introduced a thinking activity which engaged their students in collaborative work and problem solving. Steenrod is lucky to have these two wonderful teachers!
